Able Goes from Strength to Strength in 2009
Able Investigations is pleased to announce that Mr Iain Sim will be joining us as an Investigator & Bailiff from the 2nd February 2009. Iain Joins us at a time when Able Investigations is going from Strength to Strength.
Having worked as a Warrant Officer for Avon & Somerset Constabulary for over twelve years, Iain is fully conversant with all current legislation, both in relation to serving process, and fully understands the sensitivity of matters when dealing with the public.
The Director’s of Able Investigations are very pleased that Iain has agreed to join us especially at this time, with the current market forces as they are and the need for professional companies & individuals are at a premium.
Iain will join our Enforcement Services Division working within the same codes, as one has come to expect when dealing with a totally professional company. Iain will offer a wealth of experience, having been chosen specifically for his integrity and professionalism.
Iain will be serving Court documents and dealing with Solicitors documentation, particularly in matters relating to debt, family law and anti-social behaviour, nationwide, and sometimes with very little notice.
Here at Able we understand completely how vital it is that the correct County Court procedures are followed when serving court papers to an individual or company. Iain, along with our other process servers have many years experience of lawful process serving, for both the public and private sector, and will always ensure that documents are served correctly and in accordance with the relevant CPR proceedings.

We would also like to welcome Hannah Giles, who joined us in December 2008. Hannah is going to be one of our Client Facilitators/Administrators and will be responsible for one client, ensuring that the cases received are handled on time.
