We will prepare a statement of service or Affidavit, which ever you prefer. Where possible we will collect from your offices.

If the subject has vacated the property, local enquiries will be made to see if anyone has a forwarding address, if this is not possible then we will inform you accordingly, however any enquiries carried out will be in line with the Data Protection Act.

Process serving rates can vary from agent to agent, so where possible we only use agents who are accredited to the Association of British Investigators.
