Statement Taking

There is no substitute for interviewing a person face to face and Able Investigation and Enforcement Solutions has a wealth of experience in statement taking and interviewing witnesses, claimants or individuals.

All statements are recorded contemporaneously and the subject, who may be a witness or a claimant, is invited to read the document and agree as to the content and facts provided there and then.

Statements are typed and prepared ready for any subsequent court attendance, whether that be under County Court proceedings or a Section Nine witness statement. We also provide a brief report to accompany the statement commenting on the credibility and attitude of the witness.
