Steve Wood. Managing Director & Founder

With over twenty years experience when it comes to Investigations & Enforcement Practice, the Company was founded on a simple principle "The answer is yes, what's the question" we pride ourselves on not having answer phones and being able to take your call at all hours.

Steve's memberships include:
Chartered Institute of Legal Executives
The Association of British Investigators
The Institute of Professional Investigators,
The Civil Enforcement Association.
United Kingdom of Professional Investigators Network.

Steve has also written two books on Bailiff Law, and is often asked to advise solicitors on Bailiff Law, Steve has also been requested to speak to West Midlands Police, along with Avon & Somerset Constabulary in relation to advising Police Officers on Bailiff Law, as you will see his vast knowledge of Bailiff Law, is without question.

Jacqui Wood. Co-Founder & Director

Jacqui is one of our Directors, dealing with staffing issues. She previously worked in Care Management, along with Avon & Somerset Constabulary for over ten years. Karen. General Manager

Karen is the General Manager. Her role within the company is to ensure that the administration is kept to a standard set down, ensure that the company runs smoothly, and that the office, staff, along with the 162 agents across the country are all acting in accordance with the standards set down.

Georgina. Supervisor & Client Facilitator

Georgina's role is to ensure that all Client Facilitator's are up to date with their cases, and to ensure that new matters are sent to agents across the country, along with our own Bailiffs, along with general administration.

Stacey. Client Facilitator

Stacey's role is also to ensure that all new matters are sent to agents across the country, along with our own Bailiffs & to make sure that all the agents have their daily instructions on which cases they are dealing with, along with general administration.

Iain Sim. Bailiff

Iain joined us in February 2009 as Bailiff, Process Server and Enforcement Agent. Iain previously served in the Police Force for 18 years. and having Sat the Bailiff Services Exam, along with assisting Steve in the training course offerd by Able in Training up & Coming Bailiffs.

Lincoln Reid. Senior Bailiff

Lincoln is our Senior Bailiff, Process Server and Enforcement Agent. Having attended a number of Bailiff Courses, along with having Sat the Bailiff Services Exam, Lincoln is well versed in Bailiff Law, it is his role to ensure that all Bailiffs act in accordance with the rules & Standards set down her at Able.

Terry Wilmshurst. Enforcement Agent

Terry is our in house Enforcement Agent and primarily has responsibility for all issues arising in Wales.
