With over twenty years experience when it comes to Investigations & Enforcement Practice, the Company was founded on a simple principle “The answer is yes, what’s the question” we pride ourselves on not having answer phones and being able to take your call at all hours.
Steve’s memberships include: The Association of British Investigators, The Institute of Professional Investigators, the Association of Civil Enforcement Agencies, and the United Kingdom of Professional Investigators network.

Jacqui Wood, Co-Founder & Director
Jacqui is one of our Directors, dealing with staffing issues. She previously worked in Care Management, along with Avon & Somerset Constabulary for over ten years. Karen Turkington, PA to Steve Wood & Manager
Karen is our Office Manager and PA to Steve. Her role within the company is to ensure that the administration is kept to a standard set down, that all client reports are generated and sent, and that the day book is kept up together.

Georgina Houghton, Client Facilitator
Georgina’s role is to ensure that all new matters are sent to agents across the country, along with our own Bailiffs & to make sure that all the agents have their daily instructions on which cases they are dealing with, along with general administration.
Rachel Barrett, Client Facilitator
Rachel’s role is to ensure that all new matters are sent to agents across the country, along with our own Bailiffs, & to make sure that all the agents have their daily instructions on which cases they are dealing with, along with general administration.
Tracey Adams, Client Facilitator
Tracey is our newest member of staff, having joined us in May 2010, her role is also to ensure that all new matters are sent to agents across the country, along with our own Bailiffs & to make sure that all the agents have their daily instructions on which cases they are dealing with, along with general administration.
Lincoln Reid, Head Bailiff
Lincoln is our Head Bailiff, Process Server and Enforcement Agent.
Iain Sim, Bailiff
Iain joined us in February 2009 as Bailiff, Process Server and Enforcement Agent. Iain previously served in the Police Force for 18 years.
Terry Wilmshurst, Enforcement Agent
Terry is our in house Enforcement Agent and primarily has responsibility for all issues arising in Wales.
Jean Wellington, Finance Director
