Statement Taking
There is no substitute for interviewing a person face to face. Able Investigation Services has a wealth of experience in this area, whatever the purpose of the interview.
All statements are recorded contemporaneously and the subject, who may be a witness or a claimant, is invited to read the document and agree as to the content and facts provided there and then.
Statements are typed and prepared ready for any subsequent court attendance, whether that be under county court proceedings or section nine witness statement. We also provide a brief report to accompany the statement commenting on the credibility and attitude of the witness.
