A new home is the biggest financial commitment ever made by most people, yet all too often they move without knowing anything about their new neighbours, or the neighbourhood. This is where Able Investigation Services can help.
We offer a comprehensive Neighbourhood Status Report service which will look in detail at every aspect of the area BEFORE you commit to buying the property. The report covers everything from planning department records, to establishing whether there have ever been any complaints made about your potential new neighbours. We will even look at the status of the local schools.
Our staff will also make periodic visits to the address at different times of the day and night, including weekend visits, remaining on site for long enough to obtain an overall picture of the area and its residents. A full report will be sent to you, and, if necessary, your solicitor, within seven days.
